Early Termination Charge Code is the charge code that will be used for early termination charges. You can click on the Prompt button to select the charge code from a list. Lease Rental BP.

Edit Actuals On Return identifies whether or not you can change the actual in date and time when returning a unit from a rental agreement. If No, they will default to the current date and time and cannot be changed. This must be set to Yes in order for the Back Date Number of Days rule on the rental contract to work. Lease Rental BP.

Edit Discontinued Part identifies whether or not change mode is allowed for a part that is in Discontinued status. Materials BP.

Electronic Invoice AP Status identifies the status into which an AP transaction should be put when coming from electronic invoicing. Electronic invoices are those that have come directly from a vendor via FTP and are processed automatically by Enrich. Having this status allows you to choose whether you want the status to be set to unapproved so that you have a chance to review the AP before it goes to the Financials. Electronic Invoice Variance % identifies the allowable variance for the auto-matching of PO receipts and invoices. If not defined, an exact match on dollars is required. Purchasing BP.

Email Render Method is the default content format for email recipients. Possible values are PCL (printer control language), PDF (portable document format), or PS (postscript). You can click on the Prompt button to select the method from a list. Premium Forms BP.

Email Server ID - an entry in this parameter is required for any emailing capabilities within Enrich. The parameter identifies the email server to use. The server must support the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP). It can be entered as an IP number. Email BP.

Email Server Password is the password for the email server, if required. Email BP.

Email Server Port is the port for the email server, if required. Email BP.

Email Server User is the user ID for the email server, if required. Email BP.

Email Uses New JAR identifies whether or not the Java JAR should be used for emailing. The JAVA class allows the SMTP server to exist elsewhere, and is required if you use a third-party server. If Yes, the JAR must exist in folder /enrich/lib and it must be named MAIL618.JAR. Email BP.

Email(s) for errors - if the connection with the external tax provider cannot be done, an email is sent to these addresses. Set up at least one email addresses; separate multiple addresses with a comma. Email addresses entered here are not verified. Note that the Default From Email and Mail Server SMTP used for these emails are taken from the WO Estimating Business Parameters. Third party interface BP.

Enable Connection Logging identifies whether or not logging of connections is performed. This will allow you to see who is connected from "home" or other IPs outside of the approved list, if the IP white list is enabled. If connection logging is enabled, you can view the connection log through the IP Security option on the security menu. Finance and Admin BP.

Enable IP White List identifies whether or not an IP white list is used to determine who will have access to Enrich. In conjunction with the Enable Connection Logging parameter, you can deny certain users the ability to connect to Enrich from home, but allow others. You can also allow certain users to connect to the demo environment from home but not the production environment. If the IP white list is enabled, you can view and change it through the IP Security option on the security menu.

If a user's IP address is not on the approved white list but they have a User Defaults setting that allows them to bypass the white list, they will be granted access and can effectively sign on from home.

If you have the IP white list feature enabled and a user attempts to sign into an environment from a non-white list IP address, and their user ID and user group are NOT set to Bypass White List, they will see a screen displaying the message CONNECTION ACCESS DENIED.

Enable WO Approval Lists identifies whether work order approvals can be performed by user ID/user group. This allows you to identify authorization levels for your employees when work order approvals are being done.

This parameter is checked, along with the limits for the user/user group, at the work order close step. The system first checks for limits at the user level; if not found, it looks at the user group level. If the user does not have a sufficient approval limit, the system will not proceed to the Work Order Approval screen; an error message will be displayed.

Engine Family Required On Requisition controls whether or not an engine family must be entered on an equipment requisition. The engine family may be used to define the equipment group code. The default is Yes. Asset Management BP.

Enhanced Rental Scope Hierarchy identifies whether or not you are using the enhanced version of rental scopes. This parameter is secured. If you switch to the new Scope Hierarchy, the system will go through the existing active rental contract types and create a new base scope if no scopes exist for the contract type. The effective date on the scope will be the current date. All equipment types will be defined for it, although the rates will be zero. Lease Rental BP.

Enrich Cloud Print identifies whether spool files should go to Enrich Cloud Print, the system spool file option, or both. If both is selected, when you go to the Spool Files option, you will be prompted to choose where to send the spool file. When you make your selection and click Enter, a Confirm prompt will appear. Click Confirm. If you selected ECP, a browser page will open requesting that you sign in to ECP with your Enrich user ID. Enrich Cloud BP.

Enrich Cloud Print URL is the URL that accesses your Enrich Cloud Print documents. It is required if the Enrich Cloud Print option is set to Enrich Cloud Print or Both. Enrich Cloud BP.

Enrich Date Format identifies the date format to be used for this environment in Enrich. You can click on the Prompt button to select the format from a list. Valid values are:

Enrich Folder Name - some Emconex programs reference objects in a folder called "/enrich". To have a production/development version of the folder, you can store the Enrich folder name here. Programs will reference this business parameter; if it is not set up, or is blank, the programs will assume "enrich". Interface Global Defaults BP.

Enrich Voucher Nbr Key is used with voucher numbering method "E" (separate block of numbers for Enrich payables) to define the key to be used for getting the next voucher number from Financials. The value must be defined in the Financials reference file category 5144 (Voucher Number Key) prior to using it here. It is not promptable. Assist Accounting Options BP.

Enter Cust # On Trip Fuel Interface identifies whether or not the customer number must be entered on the trip fuel interface file. Fuel Tax/Billing BP.

Enter Reference On Sublet identifies whether or not the PO quote/reference will appear as an input field on the creation of a sublet.

When you print a work order with one or more sublets, with this parameter set to Yes, the references for the sublets will print below the sublets. The work order allows for up to 5 sublets to be printed; up to 5 references will also print.

Equip/Entity Roles - Prompt On Receipt identifies whether or not Enrich should display a prompt when receiving equipment so you can enter asset owner and lienholder information for the unit. Asset Management BP.

Equip Element For Motorised Equipment - all units applicable for the insurance premium chargeback function in Risk Management must be identified by the assignment of the appropriate equipment type to all applicable units. The equipment type for motorised units must contain an equipment element for "motorised equipment", as defined here. You can click on the Prompt button to select the element from a list. Equip Type Req'd On Reservation identifies whether or not the requested equipment type must be entered on a reservation. The requested type drives the rates that will be estimated. If the actual vehicle rented is different from the requested type, the system will still use the requested type for rates. If this is left blank, the system will default the equipment type from the actual unit rented. Lease Rental BP.

Equipment Features On Rental Return - if one or both fields are entered, on rental return the equipment feature fields will be presented, which the user will be required to enter. These fields are also presented on the equipment display and edit screens, and are required when adding units. They can be useful for tracking the particular yard a unit is in or the unit's condition, etc. You can click on the Prompt button to select the features from a list. Lease Rental BP.

Equipment Group Method defines the method that will be used to assign new units to an equipment group. You can click on the Prompt button to select the method from a list. Options are:

  1. use the default group as defined in the Default Equipment Group field below.
  2. use year, make, engine family. This will form a group code of the format WWXXYZ where WW is the mnemonic for make, XX is the mnemonic for model, Y is the mnemonic for the engine family, and Z is the code for the year.
  3. enter group manually. The user receiving the unit must enter a group code.

Equipment Super Type - Trailer is the equipment type used to validate the trailer number, if any, entered in the Motor Vehicle Detail form. It is used with Event Manager. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list. Insurance BP.

Equipment Type is a specific equipment type for which the feature code applies. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the equipment type from a list. CWA - Equipment Feature List BP.

Equipment Type is a specific type of equipment to which the feature applies. If left blank, the feature applies to all equipment types. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the equipment type from a list. Roadcall - Equipment Features BP.

Equipment Type is a specific equipment type that the feature is associated with. It is optional; if left blank, the feature will be considered global. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the equipment type from a list. Used Equipment - Feature List BP.

Equipment Type Required On Misc Units identifies whether or not an equipment type is required for miscellaneous units. This will be used with tax exemptions by VMRS/equipment. If set to Yes, the equipment type field will appear and be required on the miscellaneous unit panel. Entering this will allow the system to process GVW tax exemptions for miscellaneous units in the same manner as regular units. Maintenance BP.

Equipment Type Tax For Billing allows taxation of billable work order lines by equipment type. It is only available if the equipment type tax is not already in use for self-assessment of inter-provincial tax. Customer and Invoice BP.

Est. Billing Reading-Allow Future Date flags whether or not an estimated reading can be entered with a future date. Lease Rental BP.

Estimate Approval E-mail is the email address of the person who will receive the customer's approval or rejection of a work order estimate from CWA. CWA - CWA Facility BP.

ETK Update WO Labor Dflt is the default value to be used for the update work order labor field on the Edit Employee Payroll Time change screen when time comes from a work order. Possible values are:

Evergreen Policy In Use - if contracts are not to be considered for use once they expire, this flag should be set to No. It is set to Yes when, regardless of the expiry date of a contract, it continues to be used to apply rates, billable/non-billable status, and accounting rules if no other contract exists to supersede it. Customer and Invoice BP.

Extended WO Acctng Search - when set to No, extended accounting search will not be used. When set to Yes, Enrich will search to find the correct account number based on VMRS first, then work order GL accounts, then the traditional tables. Account types affected by this parameter are:

External Interdivision Customer Class is the customer class used to identify external interdivision customers. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer class from a list. Interdivisional Billing BP.

External Interdivision Interface Type is the type of interface that will be used for external interdivision customers, e.g. SAP. The interface type also includes the IP address that the data should go to. Interface types are defined by Enrich Software Corp. You can click on the Prompt button to select the interface type from a list. Interdivisional Billing BP.

Extra Step To Process Claim identifies whether the user must intervene to set the claim to Processed (required before collection can begin), or if the status will automatically be set when the corresponding work order is approved. Warranty BP.

EZPrint IFTA Forms identifies whether or not to create the IFTA returns in EZPrint format. If No, the standard format is used. Fuel Tax/Billing BP.
