Used equipment feature list setup  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Business Parameters.
    • The Business Parameters display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on Used Equipment and select Change.
    • The Business Parameters - Used Equipment change screen appears.
  3. Click Feature List Set Up .
    • The Equipment Feature List - Used Equipment change screen appears.
  4. Click Add .
    • The Equipment Feature List - Used Equipment add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Equipment Type is a specific equipment type that the feature is associated with. It is optional; if left blank, the feature will be considered global. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the equipment type from a list.

    Feature Code is the feature code to be used for used equipment. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the feature from a list.

    Sequence Order is a number identifying the order in which the feature will be considered. A value is required.

    Use For Reporting Flag identifies whether or not the feature will be used in reporting on used equipment. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

  6. Click Enter to save the features.
  7. Click Exit three times to return to the menu.
