Interdivisional Billing business parameters  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Business Parameters.
   • The Business Parameters display screen appears.
2. Right-click on Interdivisional Billing and select Change.
   • The Bus Parms-Interdivisional Billing change screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   External Interdivision Customer Class is the customer class used to identify external interdivision customers. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer class from a list.

   External Interdivision Interface Type is the type of interface that will be used for external interdivision customers, e.g. SAP. The interface type also includes the IP address that the data should go to. Interface types are defined by Enrich Software Corp. You can click on the Prompt button to select the interface type from a list.

   Interdivisional Billing Enabled identifies whether or not Interdivisional Billing is turned on. It is password protected.

   Interdivisional Billing Invoice Text is text that will appear at the top of an interdivisional invoice, identifying it as such; e.g. "This is an Interdivisional Billing Transaction."

   Internal Interdivision Customer Class is the customer class used to identify internal interdivision customers. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer class from a list.

   Print Interdivisional Invoices determines whether or not interdivisional invoices should be printed.

4. Click Enter to save the parameters.
5. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
