Employee cost pay rates table  

This table allows you to create and maintain an employee's pay type rates for a cost basis code.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Labor Cost Codes | Employee Cost Basis.
    • The Employee Cost Basis change screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the employee/cost code and select Pay Type Rates.
    • The Employee Cost Pay Rates change screen appears.
  3. Click Add .
    • The Employee Cost Pay Rates add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Pay Type is the pay type that will have a rate for the specified cost code when performed by the specified employee. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the pay type from a list.

    Hourly Rate is the hourly rate to charge for the specified pay type for the specified employee.

  5. Click Enter to save the rates.
  6. Click Exit to return to the Employee Cost Basis change screen.
