Cost basis codes table  

Maintenance work can be costed at different rates depending on who is being charged for the work. This table is used strictly to identify who the work can be done for.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Labor Cost Codes | Cost Basis Codes.
   • The Edit Cost Basis Code change screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Edit Cost Basis Code add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Cost Code is a 6-character code identifying who work is being performed for, e.g. CUST for customer.

   Cost Code Description is a brief description of the cost code.

4. Click Enter to save the cost codes.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
