Activity cost pay rates table  

This table allows you to create and maintain pay type rates for a cost basis code for a specific activity.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Labor Cost Codes | Activity Cost Basis.
   • The Operation Code Cost Basis change screen appears.
2. Right-click on the activity and select Pay Type Rates.
   • The Activity Cost Pay Rates change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Activity Cost Pay Rates add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Pay Type is the pay type that the rate applies to for the specified cost code and activity. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the pay type from a list.

   Hourly Rate is the hourly rate for the pay type for the specified activity, to 4 decimal places.

5. Click Enter to save the rates.
6. Click Exit to return to the Operation Code Cost Basis change screen.
