Work with the sales list

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Disposal | Review Sales List. The Sales List display screen appears.
2. To toggle between sold and unsold units, click Show All/Unsold .
3. To toggle between guaranteed buy back and for sale views, click Show GBB .
4. To subset the list by more than equipment type, unit, and assigned facility:
   1. Click Subset . The Used Equipment Data Subset screen appears.
   2. Fill in the fields as required.

      Companyis a specific company to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

      Regionis a specific geographic region to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the region from a list.

      Unit Numberis a specific equipment unit to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

      Facility Numberis a specific facility to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

      Manufactureris a specific equipment manufacturer to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the manufacturer from a list.

      Modelis a specific equipment model to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the model from a list.

      Yearis a specific equipment year to work with. Leave blank for all.

      Gross Weightis a specific equipment unit gross weight to work with. Leave blank for all.

      Equipment Typeis a specific equipment type to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.

   3. Click Enter . You return to the Sales List display screen where the list will be limited to those items that match your specified criteria.
5. To view a unit's depreciation information:
   • Right-click on the unit and select Depreciation. The Unit Depreciation Schedule display screen appears.
6. To view a unit's basic details:
   • Right-click on the unit and select Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
7. To view a unit's attachments:
   • Right-click on the unit and select Attachments. The Display Unit Attachments screen appears.
8. To work with comments for a unit:
   • Right-click on the unit and select Comments. The Edit Comments change screen appears.
