Fuel interface item cross-reference table  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Fuel Island | Interface Setup.
    • The Edit Fuel Interface Controls change screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the interface and select Item.
    • The Edit Fuel IF Item Xref Table change screen appears.
  3. Click Add .
    • The Edit Fuel IF Item Xref Table add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.
    • Note that items being pushed into Enrich should have an Enrich item number.
    • Items that are being pushed into a memo work order should have the other fields on the screen filled in (labour %, material %, other cost %, component, task, shop).

    Component is the VMRS component code to which the incoming item will be assigned on the memo work order, if applicable. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the component from a list.

    Enrich Item Number is the Enrich item number to which the incoming product will be allocated. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the item from a list.

    Labor % is the percentage of the incoming amount that will be allocated to labor on the memo work order, if applicable.

    Material % is the percentage of the incoming amount that will be allocated to materials on the memo work order, if applicable.

    Other Cost % is the percentage of the incoming amount that will be allocated to other costs on the memo work order, if applicable.

    Product Code is the value coming in from the fueling system that identifies the product, or it can be a reserved value. The reserved values are:

    • FEE - transaction fee
    • FUELTR - fuel purchase
    • OIL - oil

    Shop is the department or shop to which the incoming item will be assigned on the memo work order, if applicable. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the shop from a list.

    Task is the VMRS task to which the incoming item will be assigned on the memo work order, if applicable. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the task from a list.

  5. Click Enter to save the cross-references.
  6. Click Exit to return to the Edit Fuel Interface Controls change screen.
