Fuel interface facility cross-reference table  

The facility cross-reference is only applicable to GasBoy systems.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Fuel Island | Interface Setup.
   • The Edit Fuel Interface Controls change screen appears.
2. Right-click on the interface and select Facility.
   • The Edit Fuel IF Fac/Dept Xref change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Edit Fuel IF Fac/Dept Xref add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Input Site is the code used in the external fueling system to identify the location. This should match exactly in number of characters, including leading zeros, to the incoming site code.

   Enrich Facility is the corresponding Enrich facility. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   Enrich Dept is the corresponding Enrich department or shop. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the shop from a list.

5. Click Enter to save the cross-references.
6. Click Exit to return to the Edit Fuel Interface Controls change screen.
