  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

Card Number is the number printed on the fuel card. The number entered here must match exactly in number of characters, including leading zeros, with the incoming card/key number.

Cst Sfx is the specific branch of the customer company that uses the fuel card. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the suffix from a list.

Cust Cmpy is the company that the customer who carries the card is associated with. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the company from a list.

Customer Number is the customer who carries the fuel card. If left blank, Enrich will look up the number of the customer associated with the specified unit. If no customer is found, you will be required to enter one. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the customer from a list.

Discontinued Date is the date the card was discontinued, if applicable. A card might be discontinued if, for example, it was lost.

Effective Date is the date the fuel card went into effect.

Expiry Date is the date the fuel card will expire. If left blank, the card will not expire.

Unit Number is the unit to which the fueling card is assigned. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

If you need to have shop keys (GasBoy) that can fuel multiple units, set up a dummy unit in Enrich whose unit number starts with five asterisks (*****). Assign the unit to a card on this screen, without a customer number. This will tell the interface to use the unit number coming in on the transaction and then look up the assigned customer number. The transaction's unit number is assumed to be the appropriate Enrich unit number.

  5. Click Enter to save the fuel cards.
  6. Click Exit to return to the Edit Fuel Interface Controls change screen.
