The interfaces you wish to have with fueling systems must be identified and set up here before they can be used.
Auto Post 0Err flags whether information that passes validation should be automatically posted or held in an intermediate file for review. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
Clr flags whether or not the input file should be cleared out once it has been read. Typically this is set to No, and the file must be cleared by the user. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
Fluid Billbl flags whether or not incoming transactions are billable via Enrich if Fuel Billing is installed. If they are being billed in a separate system and just passed to Enrich to keep readings up to date, this should be set to No. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
Input File Name & Library is the name of the file and library to read in to Enrich when performing the upload; i.e. this is where the fuel system data is held.
Interface ID identifies the specific interface you are setting up. This ID will be provided by Enrich Software Corp.
Interface Oth Costs flags whether or not costs other than fuel and oil should be transferred in. These costs could include things like additives, Comdata fee, etc. This option is generally applicable only to Comdata systems. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
Metric Type identifies how the mileage being passed was measured, e.g. odometer. It is required if Mileage to EMMS is set to Yes. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the metric type from a list.
Mileage To EMMS flags whether or not mileage readings should be passed from the fueling area to EMMS. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
Override Price W/Prcbk flags whether or not the incoming price should be overridden with Enrich fuel billing price book values if the Fuel Billing module is installed. This applies mainly to GasBoy information. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
To Fuel Billing flags whether or not fuel, oil, and other information will be passed to the Fuel Billing module, if installed. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.
Usage Fee Max is the maximum usage fee to be charged on incoming transactions. If set to zero or left blank, the usage fee will not be validated. Otherwise, if an incoming fee is higher than the value set here, it will be flagged as an error. This does not apply to GasBoy information.
