Program activities
A program can have an unlimited number of specific activities associated with it. Each activity can have sub-activities, required measurements, parts and skills, and equipment standards.
- At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs.
- The Work With Programs display screen appears.
- Right-click on the program and select Activities.
- The Display Program Activities screen appears.
- Click Change .
- The Edit Program Activities display screen appears.
- Click Show All/Selected to view all defined activities.
- Right-click on the activity to add and select Select.
- An asterisk (*) will appear to the left of the activity to show it has been selected.
- Repeat step 5 for each activity to be added.
- Note: If you try to add more than 1 activity to a PM that is linked to a package, an error will appear.
- If you try to add an activity that has sub-activities to a PM that is linked to a package, an error will appear.
- Click Exit to return to the Display Program Activities screen.
- You can now add sub-activities, metrics, parts, skills, and equipment standards for an activity.
