Customer package pricing

If you have defined multiple sets of pricing for the same customer, it will be the first valid one, based on date, that is selected. For example, if pricing dated January 1 to June 30 is defined, as well as February 1 with a zero expiry, the January set will be selected for work orders dated in January. Beginning February 1, the February set would be selected. You must ensure that the pricing is set to achieve your desired result.
