Fuel island unit override pricing  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Fuel Island | Products, Cost & Pricing.
    • The Fuel Island Products change screen appears.
  2. Click Pricing .
    • The FI System Level Pricing Maintenance change screen appears.
  3. Right-click on the product and select Unit Override.
    • The FI Unit Pricing Override change screen appears.
  4. Click Add .
    • The FI Unit Pricing Override add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Unit is the equipment unit that will receive the override pricing for the fuel island product. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

    Effective Date is the date the override price goes into effect for the unit.

    Sale Price is the fuel product price, to 2 decimal places, for the specified equipment unit. Only one of Sale Price, Amount Over Cost, or % Over Cost can be defined for a unit.

    Amount Over Cost is the amount, to 2 decimal places, that will be added to the cost of the fuel product to calculate the product price for the specified equipment unit. Only one of Sale Price, Amount Over Cost, or %Over Cost can be defined for a unit.

    % Over Cost is the percentage that will be added to the unit cost of the fuel product to calculate the product price for the specified equipment unit. Only one of Sale Price, Amount Over Cost, or % Over Cost can be defined for a unit.

  6. Click Enter to save the override pricing.
