Enrich EMMS Online Help
Users can be grouped along functional and/or departmental lines to make program authorization quick and easy. Examples include ADMIN group, for those requiring access to administration functions; PARTS group for those requiring access to inventory and requisition functions; MAINT group for those requiring access to maintenance functions, etc. Rather than authorizing each individual user to a program, you can authorize the group in a single step. When new employees are added to a group, they are automatically authorized to all of the group's programs.
Group Code is a 10-character code identifying a specific grouping of users.
User Group Name is a brief description of the group of users.
Explicit Access Req identifies whether or not the group requires explicit access to the Enrich programs.
Restrict WO Facility identifies whether or not the group is restricted to accessing their own facility when creating work orders.
