Applying VMRS restrictions on prompting

There are 3 places that implement the VMRS restrictions when prompting:

The basic rule is that a VMRS will be shown for selection unless a restriction is found that excludes it.

A VMRS that has no restrictions defined at all will always appear in the selection list.

A VMRS that is restricted to groups, types, and/or super types will not appear when prompting for the specified groups, types, and/or super types. It will appear when prompting for other groups, types, and/or super types.

When prompting for a multi-unit work order, any and all restricted VMRS codes will not be in the selection list.

Note: If you type in (rather than prompt for) a valid VMRS code that would not be in the selection list, it will be accepted. The selection is just a way of helping you pick the correct VMRS.
