Activity skills table  

This table lets you identify the skills required to perform an activity and identify the standard number of hours the activity will take for a person with that skill.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | VMRS Codes | Activity Codes.
   • The Activity Codes display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the component for which you wish to define skills and select Skills.
   • The Select Task screen appears.
3. Right-click on the task for which you wish to define skills and select Select.
   • The Edit Activity Skills display screen appears.
4. Click Show All/Selected to view all defined skills.
5. Right-click on a skill you require and select Select.
   • An asterisk appears to the left of the skill.
6. Type in the Standard Hours required for the skill, to 2 decimal places.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each skill required for the activity.
8. Click Enter to save the skill information.
9. Click Exit to return to the Activity Codes display screen.
