Warehouse stock locations  

This option allows you to set up and maintain a warehouse's stock locations (row, shelf, bin). The screen lists all stock locations that have been defined for the specified warehouse, and displays any items that have been preassigned to those locations. If more than one item is preassigned to a location a '...' will appear to the right of the maximum column.

Note that there is a separate menu option available that can be used to have Enrich generate a large number of sequential stock locations for you.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Warehouses.
   • The Display Warehouses screen appears.
2. Right-click on the warehouse and select Stock Locations.
   • The Display Stock Locations screen appears.
3. Click Change .
   • The Edit Stock Locations change screen appears.
4. Click Add .
   • The Edit Stock Locations add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Row is the number identifying the stocking row within the warehouse.

   Shelf is the number identifying the shelf on the row.

   Bin is the number identifying the bin on the shelf.

6. Click Enter to save the new locations.
7. Click Exit to return to the Display Stock Locations screen.
