Vendor service provider  

This option allows you to work with the service provider-related information for a vendor. It is only used with Roadcall/Fleetcare.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Vendor | Vendors.
    • The Work With Vendors display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the vendor who will be a service provider and select Change.
    • The Edit Vendor Master change screen appears.
  3. Click Service Provider .
    • The Edit Service Provider change screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Status identifies whether the service provider is active or inactive.

    Provider Type identifies what kind of service the vendor provides. You can click on the Prompt button to select the provider type from a list.

    Facility is a specific facility the service provider works for. It is optional. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

    Physical Address displays the service provider's physical location address if one has been defined. If no address has been defined, the screen will display "*** None Defined ***". If more than one address has been defined, the screen will display "*** Multiple Defined *** Press "Addresses" to view".

  5. Click Enter to save the service provider information.
  6. You can now work with the service provider's available hours, road call lines, options, contacts, and addresses.
  7. Click Exit to return to the Edit Vendor Master change screen.
