Service provider contacts  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Vendor | Vendors.
    • The Work With Vendors display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the vendor and select Change.
    • The Edit Vendor Master change screen appears.
  3. Click Service Provider .
    • The Edit Service Provider change screen appears.
  4. Click Contacts .
    • The Service Provider Contacts change screen appears.
  5. Click Add .
    • The Service Provider Contacts add screen appears.
  6. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Type identifies the type of contact this is. A value is required. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the contact type from a list. Valid values include:

    • AS - Area Service Manager (ASM)
    • BR - Breakdown Contact
    • CO - Call Out Contact
    • PM - Parts Manager
    • RD - Rental Desk
    • SD - Service Desk
    • SM - Service Manager

    Salut is the salutation used for the contact. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the salutation from a list.

    M/F identifies whether the contact is male or female. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the value from a list.

    First Name is the contact's given name.

    Last Name is the contact's family name.

    Phone is the contact's phone number.

    Fax is the contact's fax number, if applicable.

    Cell is the contact's mobile phone number.

    Email is the contact's email address.

  7. Click Enter to save the contacts.
  8. Click Exit to return to the Edit Service Provider change screen.
