Deselect suggested items for processing  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Material | Suggested Orders | Display Suggested Orders.
   • The Suggested Orders enter screen appears.
2. Change any fieldfield values as required.

   Warehouse is the warehouse to work with. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the warehouse from a list.

   Company is a specific company to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

   Vendor is a specific vendor to work with. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the vendor from a list.

3. Click Enter .
   • The Suggested Orders display screen appears.
4. To deselect an item for placement on POs with the process option:
   • Right-click on the item and select Deselect.
     • The item will change to black to identify it as deselected.
5. To deselect all items for placement on POs with the process option:
   • Click Select/Deselect All .
     • All items will change to black to identify them as deselected.
6. You can now process any remaining selected items to new POs or place individual items on new or existing POs.
