Fix item utilization history step 2

This step runs LTD fix in preview mode.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Utilities | Fix Item Utilization History.
    • The Fix Item Utilization History enter screen appears.
  2. Decide which metric types you need to fix LTDs for; you will most likely want to fix each metric type chosen in Step 1. This step, as well as Steps 3-5, will be repeated for each metric type/unit combination you want to fix.
  3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

Item Number identifies a particular equipment group to work with. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.

Item Serial is a specific equipment unit to work with. You can leave this blank to work with all units in the group, but be aware that this may take a while to process and it will produce a large audit report. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

Tolerance Amount is the value representing the maximum change allowable in the metric readings. It is optional. If you want to attempt to catch erroneous readings, enter a value; the audit trail will produce a warning when the metric reading changes by more than the entered amount. This is helpful in catching odometer readings that are in the wrong unit of measure, e.g. they were entered in kilometers rather than miles.

Process Mode identifies whether to run the program in update or preview mode. Preview mode should be selected.

Metric Type is the metric type to be adjusted. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric type from a list.

Begin Date is the date Enrich went live.
