User security  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Security | Program Security.
   • The Display Security Settings screen appears.
2. Right-click on the program and select Security.
   • The Program Security by User Group screen appears.
3. Click User Security .
   • The Program Security by User screen appears.
4. If necessary, click Show All/Selected to show all users.
5. To grant access to this program for a user:
   • Right-click on the user and select Grant Access.
     • A Y will appear in the Access Granted field.
6. To grant access to this program and all its sub-menus and sub-programs for a user:
   • Right-click on the user and select Grant Access All.
     • A Y will appear in the Access Granted field.
7. To deny access to this program for a user:
   • Right-click on the user and select Deny Access.
     • An N will appear in the Access Granted field.
8. To deny access to this program and all its sub-menus and sub-programs for a user:
   • Right-click on the user and select Deny Access All.
     • An N will appear in the Access Granted field.
