Enrich EMMS Online Help
Before an employee can be created in Enrich, an establishment position must exist for him or her. Only one employee can have a particular establishment position at any one time. If the establishment position you want to use already exists, move on to Attach a standard shift; otherwise, continue.
Establishment Description is the name of the establishment position, e.g. Mechanic 12.
Supervisor Status flags whether or not the position has supervisory functions.
Temporary Position flags whether the position is a temporary relief position rather than a regular position.
Indirect Code should be left blank for a regular establishment position. This affects the compensation type stored on a timekeeping record when an employee works in this temporary establishment position; for example, a mechanic relieving the foreman on holiday might be compensated more than when doing his/her regular duties.
