User companies  

This option allows you to maintain the companies a user has access to.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Security | User IDs.
    • The Edit User change screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the user and select User Companies.
    • The Edit User Company change screen appears.
  3. Click Add .
    • The Edit User Company add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Company is the company the user has access to. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the company from a list.

    Default flags whether or not this is the user's default company. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

  5. Click Enter to save the companies.
  6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
