Enrich EMMS Online Help

Add user ID  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Security | User IDs.
    • The Edit User change screen appears.
  2. Click Add .
    • The Edit User add screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    User ID is the identification the person uses to sign on to the AS/400 system.

    User Name is the full name of the user.

    User Group is the user group this person has been assigned to. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the group from a list.

    Employee is the employee number used for the person in the Enrich system. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the employee from a list.

  4. Click Enter to save the users.
  5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
