Change customer standard billing hours  

1. At the EMMS main menu, click the Customer button.
   • The Work With Customers display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the customer and select Std Bill Hrs.
   • The Customer Standard Billing Hours - All Customer Hours display screen appears.
3. Click Change .
   • The Standard Customer Billing Hours display screen appears.
4. Change any values as required.
5. Click Enter to save the changes.

On to Incremental hours or back to Customer Master or Standard Billing Hours or All About
