Add customer standard billing hours by manufacturer/model  

1. At the EMMS main menu, click the Customer button.
   • The Work With Customers display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the customer and select Std Bill Hrs.
   • The Customer Standard Billing Hours - All Customer Hours display screen appears.
3. Click Toggle Cust/Group/Model/All until you reach the Customer Mfg/Model Hours view.
4. Click Change .
   • The Select Make screen appears.
5. Select the make.
   • The Select Model screen appears.
6. Select the model.
   • The Standard Customer Billing Hours display screen appears for the selected make and model.
7. Any hours you enter now will apply only to the selected make and model.
