Equipment defects from the work order

1. At the EMMS main menu, click the Work Orders button. The Work Orders display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the work order and select Change. The Edit Work Order change screen appears.
3. Click Actions . The Work Order Actions screen appears.
4. Click Equipment Defects. The Work With Item Defects display screen appears.
5. To add a defect for the unit, click Add . The Enter Defect Item Information add screen appears.
6. To change a defect for the unit, right-click on the defect and select Change. The Enter Defect Item Information change screen appears.
