Check a PO item's availability

This option allows you to check whether an item on a purchase order is available in any warehouses within the company.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Material | Purchasing and Receiving | Purchase Orders. The Work With Purchase Orders display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the order and select Change. The Order Entry change screen appears.
  3. Click Enter enter.jpg. The Order Line Entry change screen appears.
  4. Right-click on the line item and select Item Availability. The Display Item Balance Detail screen appears, listing each warehouse that stocks the item and the number of units of the item on hand at the warehouse.
