Create a permit renewal batch

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | Permit Processing | Batch Renewal. The Permit Renewal Batches display screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Create Permit Renewal Batch screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Customeris a specific customer whose permits will be renewed. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer from a list.

   Facilityis a specific facility whose permits will be renewed. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Permit IRP Fleetis a specific IRP fleet to renew. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the fleet from a list.

   Permit Typeis a specific type of permit to renew. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the permit type from a list.

   Province/Stateis a specific province or state whose permits should be renewed. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the province or state from a list.

   Renew Permits Expiring Betweenare start and end dates during which the permits to be renewed will expire. These are required.

   Report Onlyidentifies whether only the report should be generated (Y) or the permits should also be renewed (N).

   Term of New Permits (In Months)is the number of months the new permits will be created for.

4. Click Enter . The new batch is created and you return to the Permit Renewal Batches display screen. The batch header contains the fields entered on the prompt screen. The batch details contain a record for each permit being renewed.
