Email text definition

This option allows you to set up email subjects and messages. Currently, only 3 types of emails can be defined. The current definition types are:

• CUSTR - Customer Reading Collection
• CUSTRA - Customer Reading Collection With Attachment
• INVDWN - Invoice Download

Each definition allows you to enter a 256-character subject and 1 to 4 256-character message lines.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration| Interfaces | Email Text Definitions. The Edit Email Definitions change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Edit Email Definitions add screen appears.
3. Select the email definition Type to be added.
4. Click Enter . The Edit Email Definition change screen appears, allowing you to enter the email subject.
