Email subject
This option allows you to enter or change the subject line for an email
definition.
- At the EMMS main menu, select Administration
| Interfaces | Email Text Definitions. The Edit
Email Definitions change screen appears.
- Right-click on the definition and select Change.
The Edit Email Definition
change screen appears.
- Type in the text to appear in the Email Subject line.
- The Available Subfields section of the screen shows which data
can be placed in the subject line and what code should be used
to place it; e.g. if you want to include the customer number,
type *CSTCO-*CSTNU-*CSTNM.
- Click Enter
to save the subject line.
- You can now work with the email message.
- Click Exit
twice to return to the menu.
