Schedule of units

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Insurance | Insurance Policies. The Insurance Policies display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the policy and select Change. The Edit Insurance Policy Details display screen appears.
3. Click Unit . The Edit Schedule of Units change screen appears.
4. Make any changes required.
5. Click Enter to save the changes.
6. Click Add . The Edit Schedule of Units add screen appears.
7. Fill in the fields as required.

   Unit Numberis the equipment unit covered by the insurance policy. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

   Date Addedis the date and time the equipment unit was added to the insurance policy.

   Date Cancelledis the date and time the equipment unit was removed from coverage under the insurance policy, if applicable.

   Confirm'n Receivedidentifies whether or not the insurance broker has confirmed receipt of the unit under the policy. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

8. Click Enter to save the units.
