Reverse a disposal

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Disposal | Reverse Disposal. The Reverse Disposal enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Unit Numberis the unit that will have its disposal reversed. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

   Reversal Dateis the effective date of the reversal. You can click on the calendar button to select the date.

3. Click Enter . The unit information is filled in and the Continue prompt appears.
4. Click Continue. The unit will have its disposal reversed.
   • If no customer exists for the unit, the Disposal Reversal GL Entries display screen appears.
   • Click Post Disposal Reversal . The disposal will be reversed and the GL entries posted.
   • If there is a missing GL account, the system will create the reversal with the blank GL code.
