Pricing for a unit on the pending disposal list

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Disposal } Pending Disposal. The Pending Disposal List display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Display. The Used Equipment Details display screen appears.
3. Click Pricing . The Used Equipment Unit Pricing display screen appears.
4. Click Change . The Used Equipment Unit Pricing change screen appears.
5. Change any field values as required.

   Base Priceis the book price for the unit for the specified pricing type.

   Markup Percentageis the percentage that the price will be marked up from the book value for the specified pricing type.

   List Priceflags whether or not the price will appear on the sales list. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

   Override Price Tois a price that will be used to override all other prices on the pricing screen. It is optional.

6. Click Enter to save the changes.
7. To reset percentage defaults, click Reset % Defaults . The Markup Percentage is changed back to the original defaults.
