Billing cycles

The following billing cycles can be defined:

Weekly

This is billing that is created on a weekly basis, either in arrears or in advance, for either rentals or leases.

Monthly

This is billing that is created on a monthly basis, either in arrears or in advance, for either rentals or leases.

28-Day Billing

This can only be used for rentals, and is billing created in arrears every 28 days. Caution should be used when selecting this type of billing. A discussion with Enrich Software Corp. is advised.

Anniversary Point Billing

Billing is performed only if the contract has reached the end of a complete billing cycle. Only contracts assigned on the same day of the week or month as the day after the billing run's end of period will be processed; i.e. the day after the billing period is the anniversary (weekly or monthly) of the contract assignment. This can only be used with rentals, and is billed in arrears. Caution should be used when selecting this type of billing. A discussion with Enrich Software Corp. is advised.

Consolidated Billing

This method of billing can invoice numerous customers on one invoice, isolate specific charges, and has the ability to cross modules. This is a step that is taken after all of the normal billing has been created through the various modules used. This would require a discussion with Enrich Software Corp. for further training.

If you create a contract with one billing cycle and realize it should be on a different billing cycle, you should close the contract and re-create it under the correct billing cycle.
