Create a revision for a proposal

Revisions can be created for proposals that are in Requisitioned, Approved, Approval Pending, and Received status; they cannot be created for proposals in Cancelled, Unprocessed, Pending, or Closed status.

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Acquisition | Proposals. The Work With Proposals display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the existing proposal and select Create Revision. The Create Revision screen appears.
  3. Click Create Revision. The current revision will be cancelled and you return to the Work With Proposals display screen, where the proposal will have a new version number.
  4. Change the proposal to the new revision requirements.
