Mass update standard job times  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables | Administration Tables | Maintenance | VMRS Codes | VMRS Standard Job Times.
   • The VMRS Standard Job Times display screen appears.
2. Click All/Selected to see all VMRS codes.
3. Right-click on the VMRS and select Standard Job Time.
   • The VMRS Standard Job Time display screen appears.
4. Click Change .
   • The VMRS Standard Job Time change screen appears.
5. Click Update .
   • The VMRS Standard Job Time Updates enter screen appears.
6. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Equipment Group is a specific equipment group whose job time should be updated for the selected task. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment group from a list.

   All Groups identifies whether or not all equipment groups should have their job time updated for the selected task.

   Equipment Type is a specific equipment type whose job time should be updated for the selected task. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.

   All Types identifies whether or not all equipment types should have their job time updated for the selected task.

   Manufacturer is a specific equipment manufacturer whose job time should be updated for the selected task. You can click on the Prompt button to select the manufacturer from a list.

   All Manufacturers identifies whether or not all equipment manufacturers should have their job time updated for the selected task.

   Job Time is the new job time, to 2 decimal places, for the selected records.

7. Click Enter to update the job times.
