Refusal reason code Roadcall reference table  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Roadcall | Roadcall Reference Tables.
   • The Roadcall Reference Tables display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the Refusal Reason Code table and select Change.
   • The Table Codes - Refusal Reason Code change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Table Codes - Refusal Reason Code add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Code is a code identifying a reason for refusing a Roadcall event.

   Description is a description of the refusal reason.

5. Click Enter to save the reason codes.
6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
