Financial role reference table  

This table is used in DQM to link to the Business Hierarchy and Financial Authority Roles.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Reference Tables.
   • The Reference Tables display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the Financial Role table and select Change.
   • The Table Codes - Financial Role change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Table Codes - Financial Role add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Code is a code identifying a type of financial role.

   Description is a description of the financial role.

5. Click Enter to save the financial roles.
6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
