Decline own damage reason reference table  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables -->| Administration Tables | Reference Tables.
   • The Reference Tables display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the Decline Own Damage Reason table and select Change.
   • The Table Codes - Decline Own Damage Reason change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Table Codes - Decline Own Damage Reason add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Code is a code identifying a reason for declining damage coverage.

   Description is a description of the reason for declining damage.

5. Click Enter to save the reasons.
6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
