Audit of PM unit calendar changes  

Each time a PM unit calendar date is entered, changed, or deleted, a record is written to an audit file. Each record stores the before and after field values. A record is also written to this file each time the Emconex Maintenance Planner API is run. You can view the audit information from both the PM/Unit Calendar display screen and the Maintain PM/Unit Calendar change screen.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Programs.
    • The Work With Programs display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the program and select Equipment.
    • The Display Included Equipment Groups screen appears.
  3. Click View by Unit .
    • The Units Included on PM display screen appears.
  4. Click Change .
    • The Units Included on PM display change screen appears.
  5. Click on the unit then click Calendar .
    • The Maintain PM/Unit Calendar change screen appears.
  6. Click Audit .
    • The PM Unit Calendar Audit display screen appears.
