O licence reasons table  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | O Licence (UK) | Tables | Reasons.
   • The Display O Licence Reasons screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Maintain O Licence Reasons change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Maintain O Licence Reasons add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Reason Type identifies the kind of reason code this is, prohibition or other. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the reason type from a list.

   Reason Code is a unique code identifying a particular O licence reason.

   Reason Description is a brief description of the O licence reason.

   Reason Status is the current condition of the reason, active or inactive. It can only be maintained on the Change screen. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the status from a list.

5. Click Enter to save the reasons.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
