O licence entity/operator table  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | O Licence (UK) | Tables | Entity/Operator.
   • The Display Entity screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Entity change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Edit Entity add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Entity Number is a sequential number assigned by the system to uniquely identify the entity.

   Entity Name is the name of the entity. If you are entering a company, leave this field blank. Only one of Entity Name or Company should be entered.

   Company is the company of the entity. If selecting a company, the entity name field will be filled in by Enrich with the name of the selected company. Only one of Entity Name or Company should be entered. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the company from a list.

5. Click Enter to save the entities.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
