Hazardous materials table  

This table allows you to maintain information about dangerous materials that must be handled with care.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Material | Item Reference | Hazardous Materials.
   • The Display Hazardous Materials Code screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Hazardous Materials Code change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Edit Hazardous Materials Code add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Hazardous Materials is a 6-character code identifying a specific dangerous material, e.g. SULF for sulfuric acid.

   Description is the name of the hazardous material.

   MSDS Expiry is the date the appropriate material safety data sheet expires. It should be updated prior to this date.

5. Click Enter to save the hazardous materials.
6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
