Warranty rejection reasons table  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Warranty | Warranty Rejection Reasons.
   • The Warranty Rejection Reasons change screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Warranty Rejection Reasons add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Rejection Reason identifies a reason for rejecting a warranty claim.

   Description is a brief description of the rejection reason.

4. Click Enter to save the warranty rejection reasons.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
