PM categories table  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | PM Categories.
    • The Display PM Category screen appears.
  2. Click Change .
    • The Maintain PM Category change screen appears.
  3. Click Add .
    • The Maintain PM Category add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Category identifies a type of PM program; these will be used for reporting purposes.

    Description is a brief description of the PM category.

  5. Click Enter to save the PM categories.
  6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
