Defect report source codes table  

Equipment defects or problems are reported by specific types of people: customers, drivers, mechanics, etc.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Defects | Defect Report Source Codes.
   • The Defect Report Source Codes display screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Maintain Defect Report Source Codes change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Maintain Defect Report Source Codes add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Defect Source Code is a 6-character code identifying who reported a unit defect or problem.

   Defect Source Description is a description of the type of person who reported the defect.

5. Click Enter to save the defect sources.
6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
