Breakdown event types table  

This table allows you to set up and maintain the steps for breakdown events.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Breakdown Event Types.
   • The Maintain Breakdown Event Type change screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Maintain Breakdown Event Type add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Event identifies a step in a breakdown that might occur to an equipment unit.

   Description is a brief description of the breakdown event step.

   Close tells Enrich whether or not this event step will cause the call to be closed. It should be Y only for the final step. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the close flag from a list.

   Seq identifies the order in which the breakdown steps will appear on the screen during breakdown entry.

4. Click Enter to save the breakdown event steps.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
